God's Church Grows Like You!
Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. — Ephesians 4:15-16
Story Time: The Growing Garden
Once there was a little seed. The seed was planted in good soil. Every day, the sun shined on it and the rain watered it. The seed began to grow! It grew bigger and bigger until it became a beautiful flower. God's church is like that garden — we all grow together when we love Jesus and love each other!
Let's Move!
Stand up and pretend you are a tiny seed. Curl up small on the floor. Now slowly stand up and stretch your arms high like you are growing into a big, strong plant! Say together: 'We grow in Jesus!'
